Theresa Grant's Favorite Home in Crestline

"I've had the opportunity to represent so many homes in the Crestline community, but my favorite is without a doubt one that I've been privileged to represent three times so far. It's the original Pacific Electric Railway Car #510, which was built in 1902 and brought up to the mountains in the mid 1930s and turned into a home after the Pacific Electric Railway was decommissioned. The current owners researched and restored it to its former glory, and I just love all the little details they included."

The Red Car Cabin is currently available as a vacation rental. The hosts also own Flying Squirrel Vintage in mid-town Crestline, which has an excellent array of items from the 1940s to mid-century modern eras.
